Browser Storage & Cookie Policy

Last updated: 29 June 2025

Draft — not yet a final legal document

FotoFlow is currently in private beta. This policy is a working draft. A final version will be published before public launch.

FotoFlow stores small amounts of data in your browser to make the service work. This includes both browser cookies and other storage mechanisms such as localStorage and sessionStorage. This page documents everything we store, why, and how long it persists.

Strictly necessary

These items are required for the service to function. They cannot be disabled.

Gallery session state

While you are browsing a gallery and configuring a print order, FotoFlow keeps your in-progress selections in sessionStorage. This means the data is scoped to your current browser tab, never sent to our servers until you place an order, and is automatically removed when you close the tab or complete your order. The key names include your gallery access code so that multiple gallery sessions in different tabs do not interfere with each other.

Analytics (optional)

If you accept optional cookies, FotoFlow uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous page-view data. This helps us understand how the service is used so we can improve it. Analytics are not used to identify individual users and do not track activity across other websites.

Change your preference

You can withdraw or change your analytics consent at any time. Clicking the button below clears your stored preference and shows the consent banner again on the next page load.

We aim to keep browser storage to a minimum and only store what is necessary to operate FotoFlow. For any questions contact support@fotoflow.eu.
