FotoFlow is currently in private beta. These terms are a working draft and do not yet constitute a binding legal agreement. Final terms will be published before public launch.
By accessing your FotoFlow gallery or placing a print order you agree to the following terms.
The service
FotoFlow provides film digitization and print ordering services through partnered labs. Access to your gallery is granted via a unique code provided by your lab.
Orders and payment
All orders are final once submitted. Pricing is displayed before checkout. Delivery times depend on the fulfilling lab and shipping destination.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the photographs in your gallery. By using the service you grant FotoFlow a limited licence to store and display your images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Limitation of liability
FotoFlow is not liable for damage or loss beyond the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
